Mandatory registrations and documents: CSD registration, valid SARS Tax PIN, VAT registration certificate (or rationale if not VAT registered), CIPC registration, B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit for EMEs, COIDA letter of good standing (or affidavit if no employees), and certified ID/passport copies of all directors, members or owner.
