Purchase bid documents from the Municipality cashiers in Mkhondo, Mpumalanga from 14 August 2026 at 11H00, Monday to Friday, for a non-refundable fee of R1,500.00 (cash or card only; no EFT). Documents will not be couriered.

Complete tenders in permanent black ink only. Seal the envelope and endorse it with the project reference and description. Deposit in the Tender Box at Mkhondo Local Municipality, Corner of Mark and De Wet Streets, Mkhondo, Mpumalanga, by 12H00 on 7 September 2026.

Write the bidder's name, company name, contact details, and email address on the submission register; failure to do so may disqualify the bid.

Telegraphic, telephonic, fax, telex, email, or late tenders will not be accepted.

Evaluation uses the 80/20 Price and Specific Goals Point System under the Preferential Procurement Policy Framework Act (PPPFA) and its 2022 regulations.

Method 2 of evaluation applies. Bids must score at least 75% (60 out of 80 points) for functionality to proceed to further evaluation.

The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted. The municipality reserves the right to accept a tender in whole or part.
