The 80/20 preference point system applies: 80 points for price and 20 points for specific goals. Specific goals and their points (claimed only when quotations are requested from the panel):

• Enterprises with at least 51% black person ownership: 5 points.
• Enterprises with at least 51% women ownership: 5 points.
• Enterprises with at least 51% youth ownership: 5 points.
• Enterprises located within the City of Johannesburg metropolitan jurisdiction: 5 points.

Points for specific goals are verified via the Central Supplier Database (CSD). Failure to submit proof of specific goals with the bid means those points are not claimed. Metrobus may require substantiation of any preference claim at any time.

Metrobus seeks a panel of service providers for Training and Development services on an as-and-when-required basis for 24 months. The scope covers training and development services for Metrobus.
