• Proof of previous supply of the requested goods within the past 24 months (stamped/signed invoices, delivery notes or reference letters with contact details) — minimum of 2.
• Foreign/international companies must complete SBD 1 (to be requested from [email protected]).

Disqualification risks:

• Any required document not submitted with the quotation.

Evaluation — bids scored on a points system for price and preference under the Preferential Procurement Framework Act, 2000, using the 80/20 system.

Specific goals and evidence:

• Historically disadvantaged on the basis of race: 10 points — valid B-BBEE certificate showing at least 51% black ownership.
• Historically disadvantaged on the basis of gender (women): 8 points — valid B-BBEE certificate showing at least 30% women ownership.
• Historically disadvantaged on the basis of disability: 2 points — doctor's note confirming disability, confirmation from the Department of Labour, B-BBEE certificate or equivalent.

Failure to submit evidence for any claimed specific goal results in immediate disqualification.

• Increments per cylinder volume: 20,000.
• Additional dosing elements (dosing only): 3.
• Connections for balances, printer, PC, PC keyboard, barcode reader and/or Lab Link: via 2 USB slave ports, RS-232/USB-Box (option).
• Connection for sample changer: 1 oven sample changer via USB.
• Magnetic stirrer with ability to pump solvent/waste in and out.
• Connections for stirrers and dosing elements: 4.

Control requirements:

• Operation on PC software: Windows 11, version 24H2 (OS build 26100.6725) or higher.
• Real-time curve display on Touch Control or PC screen.
• Automatic conditioning.
• Comprehensive GLP/GMP functions; complies with FDA 21 CFR Part 11.

Deliverables:

• Provide IQ, OQ, PQ and relevant compliance certificates.
• Provide training.

Pricing — all prices must be VAT exclusive; if no indication, prices will be evaluated as exclusive. VAT vendors must indicate as such.

Payment terms — 30 days after statement.

CSD — bidders must be registered on the Central Supplier Database and submit a CSD report.
