Phase Two: preference points under the PPPFA and Preferential Procurement Regulations 2022. The 80/20 preference point system applies: 80 points for price, 20 points for specific goals, total 100 points. Bidders must complete and sign SBD 6.1 to claim specific goal points; failure results in no points for specific goals. Points claimed for specific goals will be verified through the CSD; for disability claims, a medical certificate from a medical practitioner with a practice number must be attached.
