Provision of office, building, workshop cleaning and tea services for TRANSNET soc ltd (reg. NO. 1990/000900/30) operating as TRANSNET port terminals (hereinafter referred to as “tpt”) at the port of durban: mpt point, car terminal, maydon wharf and agribulk for a period of three (3) years.

An enabling agreement to establish a panel of 60 contractors to execute minor works project on an “as and when required basis, for a period of 36 months in the KZN operating unit, central east cluster.

The provision of technical facilities management services for the award of a panel contract consisting of nine (9) contractors in the central east cluster - KZN operating unit for a period of forty-one (41) months.

Provision of cleaning service at lethabo power station and other properties falling under lethabo power station’s control.
