Late submissions are automatically disqualified. • Submit one hard copy consisting of two sealed envelopes/folders: one labelled “technical proposal” and one labelled “financial proposal”. • Include one USB stick containing the same technical and financial documents in electronic form. • Cover page must show the bid reference number, description and supplier name. • All standard bidding documents (sbd 1, 4, 6.1, 7.2, 3.3 Pricing schedule) must be completed in ink, signed and initialed on every page. • Provide csd (maaa) registration number, tax compliance status pin and VAT registration details. • NO bids via fax, email, telegram, telex or any other electronic medium will be accepted. • Bidders must declare they have read and understood the entire document on the last page. • Failure to follow the two‑envelope/usb format or to include any pre‑qualifier documents results in immediate disqualification.

• Proven experience in municipal water conservation planning • submission of BBBEE and CIDB credentials • compliance with RFQ documentation and 2026-03-03 deadline

• Proven 36-month water-resource planning/engineering project experience • professional team with appropriate ecsa/cidb registration grades • valid BBBEE certificate and CIDB grading for class of work

• Proven experience in large-scale water-system reconciliation or water-resources planning studies • CIDB grading 9ce or higher for professional services, or equivalent professional accreditation • valid BBBEE certificate aligned to latest DTI codes

• Service providers must submit a quotation in response to this request for quotation (RFQ) • quotation submissions must be received by 2026/03/02 • NO briefing session is scheduled for this tender

• Must supply paving bricks, cement and PPE • national delivery capability required • submission by 2 march 2026

• Proven OHS risk assessment experience • valid south african health & safety credentials • CIDB grading and BBBEE certificate required
