All Standard Bidding Documents (SBD) forms must be completed in full and submitted with the quotation. Late submissions will not be accepted unless prior written arrangement is confirmed with SALGA. Vendors must verify receipt of their quotation with SALGA. If unable to quote, respond in writing to the sender with the reason(s). Quotations must strictly adhere to the technical specifications; any deviations must be explicitly stated. Clearly indicate the delivery period and provide a valid Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration number. All prices must be VAT inclusive; if not specified, they will be evaluated as such.
