Evaluation follows a two-stage process:

Appointment of a panel of professional land surveyors for 36 months on an 'as and when required' basis.

• Scope: Provide professional land surveying services to the Town Planning Directorate.
• Services include: Preparation of diagrams/sketch plans for subdivisions and consolidations; cancellation or amendment of land survey records; other services as per the Land Survey Act No. 8 of 1997.

• Invoices: Must comply with SARS VAT Act requirements and include the Municipality's order number.

• Mandatory registrations:
• Registration on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) via https://secure.csd.gov.za/.
• Valid Tax Compliance Status Pin or CSD Master Registration Number.
• Disqualifications:
• Listed on the Register of Tender Defaulters or Restricted Suppliers Database.
• Convicted of fraud or corruption in the past 5 years.
• Abused the Supply Chain Management system.
• In arrears for municipal rates/taxes/service charges for more than 3 months (submit latest account or letter from Induna/owner for rural areas).
• B-BBEE: Submit a consolidated B-BBEE Status Level Verification Certificate (for JVs/consortia, a consolidated certificate is required).
