The evaluation follows a three-stage process: 1) Administrative Requirements (Tax, B-BBEE, CIPC, CSD, SBD forms); 2) Mandatory Requirements (Experience, COIDA, Warranty, Technical Datasheets, Pricing); 3) Price and Specific Goals (80/20 system). Failure to meet mandatory requirements results in automatic disqualification.

Supply, delivery, and assembly of: 1) 100 Ergonomically Certified Standard Boardroom Chairs (Chrome Sleigh Frame, Mesh back, Synchro 100 mechanism, adjustable headrest/lumbar/arms); 2) 25 Ergonomically Certified Executive Boardroom Chairs (High back, PU Leather, thick cushion, adjustable height/tilt). Must comply with SANS 1288/10005, OHS Act, and environmental standards (low VOCs, sustainable materials). 10-year warranty required.

Pricing must be submitted using the provided SBD 3.1 Annexure A. All prices must include VAT and be valid for 60 days. Delivery costs must be included in the bid price.

Must be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD). Required documents: Valid Tax Pin, B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit, CIPC documents, COIDA Letter of Good Standing, and signed SBD forms (1, 4, 6.1). Specific goals (20 points) are awarded for 51% Black-owned (10 pts) and 30% Black woman-owned (10 pts) entities.
