Submit physical bid documents in a sealed envelope clearly marked with the Bid Number, Full Project Description, and Closing Date. Place in the tender box at Mbombela Civic Centre, 1 Nel Street, Mbombela, 1200. Late bids, or bids sent via email, fax, or telegram, will not be accepted. All forms must be completed in non-erasable black ink; erasures, masking fluid, or pencil are prohibited.

The tender follows an 80/20 preference point system (80 for price, 20 for specific goals). Bids will be rejected if they fail to meet mandatory requirements or if the bidder/directors have municipal rates in arrears for more than three months.

Provision of event logistics for the Gender Based Violence and Femicide (GBVF) awareness campaign. Requirements include catering services (for 200+ people) and audio system provision. A detailed implementation plan and company profile are required.

Prices must be in ZAR, inclusive of VAT, and firm. VAT must be recorded as a lump sum in the tender summary.

Mandatory documents: Valid Tax Compliance Status (TCS) PIN, CSD full registration report (not older than 30 days), company registration certificate, certified ID copies of directors, and proof of municipal rates and taxes (or lease agreement with lessor's rates) for both business and directors. Must include certified proof of experience: two appointment letters/POs with reference letters for catering (200+ people) and two for audio systems. Project leader must have a diploma in food handling/preparation or higher and 3 years' experience (provide CV, certified ID, and qualification). Certificate of Acceptability (CoA) for food safety is required.
