Required documents: fully completed and signed SBD forms, official quotation on company letterhead, valid B-BBEE certificate, and CSD report (or MAAA number). Failure to include signed SBD forms may result in disqualification. Quotations must be on official letterhead and duly signed. Prices must be in ZAR, inclusive of VAT, delivery, insurance, and taxes. No price adjustments will be considered after submission.

Evaluation uses the 80/20 preference point system as per the Preferential Procurement Policy Framework Act 5 of 2022. Price accounts for 80 points (lowest acceptable price scores 80). Specific goals account for 20 points, allocated as follows: Ownership by HDIs (51%+): 6 points; Ownership by Women (51%+): 4 points; Ownership by Youth (51%+): 4 points; Ownership by Persons with Disabilities (51%+): 2 points; B-BBEE Level 1-4: 2 points; RDP goals (EMEs/QSEs): 2 points. Only bidders claiming specific goals will be considered for the 20 points. Documentary proof is required to substantiate claims.

Supply and delivery of Plant Preservative Mixture (PPM) - 100ml. Quantity: 1 unit (EA). Delivery address: ARC-PHP, 573 KwaMhlanga / Moloto Road, Roodeplaat-East. Suppliers must clearly state the warranty period and extent for the goods quoted. Goods must be supplied upon receipt of a purchase order from ARC.

Prices must be quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) and inclusive of VAT, delivery, insurance, and all other taxes. No price adjustments or amendments to delivery particulars will be considered after submission. The ARC reserves the right to benchmark prices. Payment terms: goods/services to be supplied upon receipt of a purchase order. Validity period of the quotation must be indicated.

Bidders must be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) and include their CSD registration number and full CSD report with the bid. Valid B-BBEE certificate is required. Completed and signed Standard Bidding Documents (SBD) forms must be submitted. Bidders must comply with the ARC Supply Chain Management Code of Conduct and National Treasury’s General Conditions of Contract. Fraudulent claims or non-compliance may result in disqualification, contract cancellation, or legal action.
