Submit the following returnable documents with your quotation: Completed and signed SBD 4, SBD 6.1, valid B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit (signed by Commissioner of Oath), valid tax PIN, and Central Supplier Database (CSD) Report or Summary with compliant tax status. Evaluation will follow a two-stage process: Stage 1: Administrative compliance check. Bids must submit all required administrative documents (SBD 4, SBD 6.1, valid B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit, valid tax PIN, CSD Report or Summary) to proceed. Stage 2: Price (80 points) and SANAS specific goals (20 points) under the 80/20 Preference Point System. SANAS specific goals include points for: 100% Black Owned (6 points), 51%-99% Black Owned (4 points), 100% Black Women Owned (6 points), 51%-99% Black Women Owned (4 points), 5% Youth Owned (2 points), 2% Owned by Persons with Disabilities (1 point), Exempt Micro Enterprise (EME) (5 points), Qualifying Small Enterprise (QSE) (3 points). Bidders must submit a valid B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit and a completed SBD 6.1 to claim points. Failure to submit supporting documents may result in zero points for specific goals.

Service required: IT Business Relationship Management (IT-BRM) Certification training and exam for 1 delegate. Training must be virtual facilitator-led online. Delegates must be able to ask questions throughout the session. Training provider must be accredited (proof of accreditation required). Training dates preferably in May 2026. Quotation must include the exam/certification fee for the IT-BRM Certification. Course must cover: Establishing, building, and maintaining relationships between IT and business stakeholders; identifying business value and strategic goals; understanding business partner needs; assisting businesses in measuring and leveraging service value. Course outcomes: Understanding BRM purpose, organizational models, iBRMF framework, maturity models, practical tools (VoC, CTQ, Kano model, value stream mapping, SIPOC, Gemba walk, capability roadmapping), value-based project assessment, and organizational change management. Course structure: 1) iBRM Framework (5 lifecycle phases: Business & IT Strategy, Customer Engagement, Plan/Build/Test/Deploy, Operational Excellence, Continual Improvement), 2) Actionable BRM Maturity Model (10 measurement points), 3) Practical hands-on activities.

Quotation must be in Rand (ZAR) and include all applicable taxes. Quotation validity: 60 calendar days from submission date. Payment terms: 30 days after delivery of services. SANAS reserves the right to: award to multiple suppliers, adjust quantities, cancel the request, or negotiate with bidders. All fields in the quotation must be completed for acceptance.

Mandatory compliance documents: Completed and signed SBD 4, SBD 6.1, valid B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit (signed by Commissioner of Oath), valid tax PIN, and Central Supplier Database (CSD) Report or Summary with compliant tax status. Bidders must not be listed in the Register for Tender Defaulters or the List of Restricted Suppliers. Training provider must be accredited (proof of accreditation required).
