Stage 2: Price (80 points) and SANAS specific goals (20 points) under the 80/20 Preference Point System. SANAS specific goals include points for: 100% Black Owned (6 points), 51%-99% Black Owned (4 points), 100% Black Women Owned (6 points), 51%-99% Black Women Owned (4 points), 5% Youth Owned (2 points), 2% Owned by Persons with Disabilities (1 point), Exempt Micro Enterprise (EME) (5 points), Qualifying Small Enterprise (QSE) (3 points). Bidders must submit a valid B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit and a completed SBD 6.1 to claim points. Failure to submit supporting documents may result in zero points for specific goals.
