• Service level agreement for preventative maintenance and repairs of two Thermo Finnigan MAT ELEMENT2 HR-ICP-MS systems for 3 years.
• Preventative maintenance: 2 days per instrument per year (2 instruments) including engineer labour and travel.
• Corrective maintenance: 45 service visits over 3 years, including engineer labour and travel.
• Service kit A includes: 3x Oil Reservoir kit TMH71 Turbo, 1x Fibre Reservoir kit TMH 260/262, 2x Oil Vacuum pump, 1x Extraction Lens Repair Kit, 1x Seal Graphite Sampler ICP.
• Service kit B includes: 3x Oil Reservoir kit TMH71 Turbo, 1x Fibre Reservoir kit TMH 260/262, 2x Oil Vacuum pump, 1x Extraction Lens Repair Kit, 1x Jet Pump Fluid Replacement, 1x Filter Cartridge 5 μm Kit, 1x Seal Graphite Sampler ICP.
• Instruments: Thermo ELEMENT II SN3613E and SN04245E.

• NMISA is a schedule 3A public entity under PFMA; payments are made only after full delivery of goods/services.
