The following must accompany the quotation: B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit, SARS tax number and SARS status PIN, and completed SBD4, SBD6.1, SBD6.2 (if applicable), SBD8 and SBD9 forms. All prices must be firm and VAT inclusive. Brochures or catalogues may be submitted with the quotation.

The 80/20 preference point system applies. Price is scored out of 80 points using the formula Ps = 80 x (1 - (Pt - Pmin)/Pmin), where Pt is the price under consideration and Pmin is the lowest responsive quotation. Up to 20 points are awarded for B-BBEE status level: Level 1 = 20 points, Level 2 = 18, Level 3 = 14, Level 4 = 12, Level 5 = 8, Level 6 = 6, Level 7 = 4, Level 8 = 2, non-compliant = 0. The order is placed with the supplier scoring the highest total points.

Artscape requires a catering company to provide pre-packed wellness breakfast packs for approximately 130 staff attending the Annual Artscape Wellness Day on 8 September 2026 at 08:30. Catering must be halaal and the bidder must hold a halaal certificate. Each breakfast box must include a muffin or croissant, a sandwich, an apple and an orange, a health bar, juice, and a serviette. The packs must be pre-packed in colourful, bright gift bags or paper bags and handed out from 08:30 at the Artscape Wellness registration desk in the Chandelier foyer.

Prices must be firm and VAT inclusive. The quotation must show brand/model where applicable, quantity, price per unit and total price. The local content declaration (SBD6.2) requires calculation of local content percentage using the formula LC = [1 - x/y]

Bidders must be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) and provide their CSD codes and 36-digit security code. The contract is subject to the Government Procurement: General Conditions of Contract (GCC) of July 2010. The supplier must be duly authorised to sign the quotation. The supplier offers to supply the goods or services as described in the RFQ.
