• Submit your quotation online via the e-Tenders portal before 08:00 on 19 May 2026. No other submission methods will be accepted.
• Quotations must be for original toners only; generic or refill toners are not acceptable.
• Quotations must remain valid for up to 60 days from submission.
• State employees are not permitted to bid.
• Include the following supporting documents (failure to provide any will result in immediate disqualification):

• Company registration documents (CIPRO/CIPC).
• Valid tax clearance certificate.
• Completed SBD 4 declaration form (must match quotation date; use the attached form).
• Proof of Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration.
• Certified copies of directors’ ID documents (not older than 6 months).
• Company profile.
• Municipal rates and taxes statement in the company’s name.
• If operating from a director’s residence: municipal rates and taxes in the director’s name plus an affidavit confirming the business address.
• If operating from leased premises: a valid lease agreement in the company’s name.
• Council letter in the director’s name with an accompanying affidavit confirming the business address (no council letters in the company’s name will be accepted).
• Original or certified copy of a valid BBBEE certificate (SANAS accredited) or a BBBEE sworn affidavit signed by a Commissioner of Oaths.

• Only suppliers registered on the CSD will be considered.
• The College will communicate only with recommended suppliers; others may contact the SCM unit for clarification.

• 80/20 Preferential Pointing System will be used to evaluate quotations.
• Service providers must not be employees of the state.
• Must be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD).
• Must submit all required supporting documents; failure to do so results in immediate disqualification.
• Must provide a valid BBBEE Certificate (SANAS Accredited) or a sworn affidavit signed by the Commissioner of Oaths.
• Must have a valid Tax Clearance Certificate.
• Must provide proof of business address (municipal rates, lease agreement, or council letter with affidavit).
