Scope: Undertake an investigation to scan Reservoir 5 wall west elevation to confirm the presence of a plugged off outlet pipe noted on as-built plans. The area is approximately 180m in length x 8m in depth. Deliverables: Compile an investigation report including camera images with reference to the position within the wall elevation. The underwater camera must be safe for use in potable water and must not cause contamination. The underwater drone/camera must meet specified technical specifications: Camera: 1/2.3" CMOS sensor, 12MP, ISO 100-6400, 166° field of view, f/2.5 aperture, minimum focusing distance 0.4m, shutter speed 5~1/5000s, burst shooting 1/3/5/7/10 frames, white balance 2500K-8000K, exposure compensation -3.0 to +3.0 EV, photo resolution 4000x3000, formats JPEG/RAW (DNG), video up to 4K UHD, stabilisation EIS, storage pluggable 128GB. Controller: 5GHz WiFi, battery life up to 4 hours, micro-SD support to 128GB, HDMI output. Q-Interface: 1 port, stainless steel 316, voltage 9-12V. Bidders or key personnel must submit at least two reference letters for completed projects of a similar nature, including client name, description of service, contact details, and signed.

The service provider or key personnel must submit at least two reference letters for completed projects of a similar nature. Pricing must be on MBD 3.1 Pricing Schedule – Firm Prices (Purchases). Only firm prices will be accepted; non-firm prices (including prices subject to rates of exchange variations) will not be considered. A separate pricing schedule must be submitted for each delivery point if pricing differs. The offer must be valid for 60 days from the closing date.
