Submit bids in sealed envelopes, clearly marked with the tender reference (T8.3.14-2026/MN47-2026) and project title: 'THE REFURBISHMENT OF LOOP STREET SWIMMING POOL IN PIKETBERG FOR BERGRIVIER MUNICIPALITY'. Place bids in the tender box at Municipal Offices, 13 Kerk Street, Piketberg by 12:00 on 30 June 2026. Bids addressed to municipal officials personally will be disqualified. Courier companies are the bidder’s responsibility; the Municipality is not liable for misplaced bids. Only original Bid documents completed in black ink are accepted. Evaluation follows the Council’s Supply Chain Management Policy. Scoring: 80 points for price, 10 points for specific participation goals, 10 points for BBBEE. The Preference Point Claim form for the Preferential Procurement Regulations must be completed in full. Bidders must have a valid CIDB grading of 5CE or higher on the date of tender submission. The Municipality reserves the right to procure additional items if prices are cost-effective.

Bidders must be registered as prospective suppliers on National Treasury’s Central Supplier Database (CSD). Submit Tax Clearance Certificate/Tax Compliance Status (TCS) Pin/CSD Registration Number with the bid. Failure to submit these may invalidate the bid. Valid CIDB grading of 5CE or higher is required on the date of tender submission.
