• Scope: Supply and delivery of a comprehensive range of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to PPECB offices nationwide, including but not limited to:

• Thermal Freezer Suits (jacket & trousers) for cold environments (-1°C to -6°C).
• HACCP-compliant Inspection & Thermal Lab Coats (white).
• Acid-Resistant Laboratory Coats (navy blue).
• HACCP-compliant High-Visibility Reflector Vests.
• Two-Piece Conti Suits, Waterproof Rain Suits, Women's Polycotton Overalls, and Cleaning Pinafores.
• Multi-environment Safety Shoes/Boots, Respiratory Masks (FFP2), Reusable Chemical Respirators.
• Industrial Safety Hard Hats, Safety Goggles, LED Headlamps, Chemical Gloves, Hearing Protection, and First Aid/Spill Kits.

• All products must comply with specified South African National Standards (SANS), EN standards, and HACCP food safety requirements.
• Detailed material, design, performance, and certification requirements are provided for each product category.
• Supplier must demonstrate national delivery and logistics capability to all PPECB regional offices.
• Supplier must provide company profile detailing experience, geographic coverage, key clients, and core capabilities in PPE supply.

• Demonstrate national or regional delivery coverage to all PPECB offices.
• Specify standard delivery lead times for stock items, special orders, and emergency orders.
• Outline inventory management, online ordering, and order tracking capabilities.
• Detail value-added services available (e.g., PPE assessments, site surveys, fit testing).
• Confirm ability to support a 3-year contract with optional 2-year extension, including client relationship management, escalation procedures, SLAs, and performance reporting.

• Provide a company profile including years in operation, geographic coverage, key clients, and experience in supplying and delivering PPE.
• Detail core capabilities: supply of certified PPE, national distribution, consignment stock management, custom branding, and OHS compliance support.

• All PPE items must meet stringent SANS, EN, ISO, and HACCP certifications as detailed in the technical specifications.
• Provide evidence of compliance with applicable standards (SANS, ISO, CE, EN, manufacturer certifications).
• Products must be designed for specific operational environments (cold storage, chemical labs, packhouses) with performance ratings verified by laboratory testing.
• Supplier should indicate availability of value-added services like PPE assessments, site surveys, fit testing, and online ordering portals.

• Key items include thermal suits, acid-resistant lab coats, high-visibility vests, safety footwear, respiratory protection, hard hats, goggles, gloves, and first aid/spill kits.

• Specific garments (e.g., thermal freezer suits) must comply with Environmental Regulations for Workplaces regarding cold environments.
• Safety boots must be delivered with SABS-approved thermal woolen socks as per environmental regulations.
• General environmental compliance is implied through adherence to SANS standards and food safety regulations.
