Scope: Disposal of municipal-owned land parcels in Mazakhele Township, Harding. Parcels are surveyed and registered (Erf numbers provided), zoned for mixed-use residential or low-impact mixed-use. Sizes range from 263m² to 1420m², with reserved prices from R24,000 to R213,000. Development must comply with: zoning and land regulations, municipal by-laws/policies, national building regulations, and town planning conditions. Successful bidders must submit building plans for approval before development. Development must commence within 24 months of property transfer. Optional site inspection available.
