• Submit bids electronically via the TRANSNET e-tender submission portal (transnetetenders.azurewebsites.net). Use google chrome. • Register your company profile on the portal and use your own profile to submit. Submitting through another company's profile will disqualify you. • Upload bid documents against the tender/rfq selected. Complete the green cells in annexure a (pricing schedule) with your mark-up price for procuring and delivering goods. The document is formula-driven and will auto-calculate all totals. Key points: only fill green cells. Ensure the 'actual price' does not deviate by more than 5% from the NLC standard price, or reimbursement will be at actual cost with the mark-up adjusted to your proposed percentage. Submit the signed pricing schedule, including: bidder's name, representative's name and surname, signature, date.
