• Submit both hard copy and electronic copy on a memory stick. • Deposit bids in the bid box at: kwazulu-natal department of transport, inkosi mhlabunzima maphumulo house, 172 burger street, pietermaritzburg, 3201. • Submission hours: monday to friday, 07h30 until 16h00. • Closing date: 25 august 2026 at 11h00. • Late bids, or bids sent via telegraphic, telephonic, telefax, facsimile or e-mail will not be accepted. • Use official bid forms provided; do not retype forms. Photocopies are allowed but must have original signatures. • Each bid must be in a separate sealed envelope with bidder name, address, bid number and closing date clearly marked. • Bids without correct envelope markings may be rejected. • Do not submit bids to enquiry contacts; only deposit in the designated bid box. • The electronic submission is limited to tender section, form of offer and supporting documents. • Bids must be delivered by the stipulated time to the correct address; late bids will not be considered. • All bids must be submitted on official forms provided (not to be re-typed) or in the manner prescribed. • Bids sent via post will not be considered if received after closing date and time; proof of posting not accepted as proof of delivery. • Bidding documents must not be included in packages containing samples; such bids may be rejected. • Any alterations must be initialled; use of correcting fluid is prohibited. • Bids will be opened in public as soon as practicable after closing time. • Bids must be completed in all respects; incomplete bids may be invalid. • Bids are subject to treasury regulations 16a, PFMA, KZN SCM policy framework, and department of transport's SCM policy.
