Points rounded to two decimals. In case of a tie, the bidder scoring highest on BANKSETA Goals preference points wins.

Proposals must remain valid for 90 days after closing.

Scope: monitoring, response, and maintenance of the existing IDS X-SERIES alarm system at BANKSETA head office in Centurion, Gauteng.

Maintenance includes replacement of battery and other alarm-related equipment.

24-hour armed response service required.

Contractor must assign an account manager responsible for the account.

Mandatory requirements:

• Minimum three (3) years' track record providing alarm security services.
• Provide a list of three (3) clients where alarm security services were rendered, including client name, service description, contract start/end dates, contact person, and contact details.
• Valid PSIRA accreditation certificate (Private Security Industry Regulation Act).
• At least two (2) written reference letters on clients' letterheads indicating alarm security services.

Bidders must submit a responsive application, completing all mandatory fields and questionnaires. The evaluation will follow the stipulated criteria; after closing, bidders must not contact BANKSETA until adjudication is complete.

SBD 6.1 (Preference Points Claim Form): complete the BANKSETA-specific preference points section.

Bidders listed on the Register for Tender Defaulters or the List of Restricted Suppliers will be disqualified.

BANKSETA may withdraw or amend the RFQ by written notice, may not award, and may reduce quantities awarded.
