Centlec soc ltd is procuring the design, printing, supply and delivery of a4 occurrence books for its bloemfontein operations. The books must carry the centlec logo on each page, have front and back covers, and be numbered from 10000 to 20000 back to back. Prices must exclude VAT but include delivery charges, and must remain valid for at least 30 days; delivery must occur within 30 days of receiving an official order.
