Submit tenders using the original documents only. Tenders must remain valid, irrevocable, and open for acceptance for 90 days after the closing date (refer to section 1.2.3 in the tender document).
Collect tender documents during office hours: Monday–Thursday (07:45–16:30), Wednesday (08:00–16:30), Friday (07:45–15:30) at the Supply Chain Management Offices, Riversdale.
Deposit the fully completed, sealed tender envelope in the tender box on the ground floor at Hessequa Municipality – Absa Building, Corner of Dickson and Church Street, Riversdale, by 12:00 (GMT+2) on 04 September 2026. Clearly mark the envelope with the tender number, title, and closing date.
Late bids or submissions via email/fax will not be accepted under any circumstances.
The tender box will be opened in public just after 12:00 on the closing date.
The Municipality reserves the right to withdraw, re-advertise, reject any tender, or accept part of it. No obligation exists to award the contract or accept the lowest/highest-scoring bid.
