• Provide airport transfers and shuttle services for two events:

• Global Methodist Church Conference delegates from 24 August to 08 September 2026, to/from hotels in Sandton and Rosebank.
• Jehovah’s Witnesses International Convention delegates from 25 August to 01 September 2026, to/from hotels in Sandton, Midrand, Rosebank, and Gallagher Convention Centre.

• For Global Methodist Church: Provide buses with air conditioners and luggage compartments for multiple trips from OR Tambo International Airport to hotels (24-29 August) and return transfers from hotels to airport (05-08 September). Delegates arrive/depart on specific dates with quantities provided.
• For Jehovah’s Witnesses: Provide 5 x 60-seater buses with air conditioners and luggage compartments for multiple trips from OR Tambo to hotels (25 August), shuttle services between hotels and Gallagher Convention Centre (28-30 August), and return transfers to airport (31 August-01 September).

• For Global Methodist Church: Provide daily airport transfers and shuttle services from 24-29 August 2026 for arriving delegates, and return services from 05-08 September 2026 for departing delegates, using buses with air conditioners and luggage compartments for multiple trips based on provided flight schedules.
• For Jehovah’s Witnesses: Provide 5 x 60-seater buses with air conditioners and luggage compartments for multiple trips: airport transfers on 25 August 2026, shuttle services between hotels and Gallagher Convention Centre on 28-30 August 2026, and return airport transfers on 31 August-01 September 2026, based on booking schedules.
