Supply, delivery, maintenance of water coolers and delivery of purified water for eight (8) months on rental basis. Item 1 – Water coolers: new floor standing water cooler, hot and ambient water option, non-spill cap, 18.9L to 2L water dispenser bottles, push to fill taps, cooling capacity 3.0 L/hr at 10°C or equivalent, heating capacity 5.0 L/hr at 90°C or equivalent, ambient operation temperatures 10°C–38°C, cooling power consumption 112 W, heating power consumption 500 W, dimensions 31 x 31 x 96 cm, net weight 17.0 kg. Quantity: 5 coolers for eight months. Item 2 – Water quality: water must comply with SANS as published by SABS; service provider collects empty bottles. Quantity: four 18.9L purified water bottles per cooler monthly (total 20). Item 3 – Maintenance: filter replacements and sanitation (deep cleaning) five months from date of delivery; maintenance at service provider's cost for contract duration; free replacement of faulty coolers; all spares/consumables must be purchased from original suppliers and brought to site in original packing.
