The kwazulu-natal department of social development requires a service provider to deliver an accredited nqf level 5 train-a-trainer programme on facilitation of learning using a variety of given methodologies for social services practitioners. Bidders must be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) at the closing time of the bid; unregistered suppliers will be disqualified during evaluation.
Bidders must submit a valid SARS Tax Compliance Status (TCS) PIN or a printed TCS certificate with the quotation.
The quotation price must be for the full 3-day programme including VAT, and the offer must remain valid for 90 days from the closing date.
