Summary
Landside and airside stormwater and drain maintenance at chief dawid stuurman international airport (cdsia), let for 36 months under an nec3 term service contract on main option p, where pricing is a percentage-based fee against government gazette guidelines for professionally registered persons. The contractor maintains stormwater and drainage assets across landside and airside areas of a live airport, so airside construction safety, permit-to-work controls, statutory and acsa approvals, site constraints and operational impact are named risk-register items. Bids close on 2 november 2026 at 12:00, and contract administration runs through the employer's agent, mr zuzokuhle mbanjwa (service manager), on 041 507 7230. The heaviest bidder burden is compliance: a section 37(2) OHS act mandatary agreement, a she file seven days before work starts, medical fitness certification, coid good standing and an annual compliant b-bbee certificate, whose absence is a material breach.
