The municipal infrastructure support agent (MISA) is seeking to appoint a service provider to conduct an organisational functionality assessment to evaluate the functionality, effectiveness and efficiency of MISA as well as the responsiveness of the organisational structure to its mandate. The successful bidder will be expected to conduct the assessment in line with the dpsa ofa tool and provide recommendations on strategies to promote organisational functionality, effectiveness and efficiency.
Bidders must have a minimum of five years’ experience in providing Organisational Development services.
Bidders must submit a company profile, three client reference letters, and curriculum vitae of the team leader and additional resources.
Bidders must complete the pricing schedule in SBD 3.3, including all costs involved and indicating discount price and special conditions.
Bidders must ensure compliance with their tax obligations and submit their unique personal identification number (PIN) issued by SARS.
Bidders must attend a compulsory hybrid briefing session on 02 September 2026 at 10:00 at MISA offices.
