not mandate the purchase of existing backup infrastructure from the
outgoing supplier. The Supplier may, at its own discretion, elect to
acquire existing backup infrastructure from the outgoing
supplier; however, the Supplier shall remain fully responsible for
ensuring uninterrupted service delivery, maintaining OEM support and
maintenance requirements where applicable, and meeting all
contractual obligations and service levels irrespective of the transition
approach adopted.
