Pricing must be firm and valid for 90 days. No price variation based on exchange rates is allowed. The price must include all applicable taxes and cover subscription, implementation, and five years of maintenance and support.
Bidders must be registered on the CSD, have a valid SARS tax compliance status, and not be listed on the National Treasury Register of Tender Defaulters or Restricted Suppliers.
