Submit at least one signed reference letter on the client's official letterhead, dated within the last five years, confirming successful completion of brand strategy or communication projects; where two or more letters are from the same company, only one will be accepted.
Provide a detailed price breakdown inclusive of VAT; the price proposal must be valid for 120 days, and no upfront payments will be made.
Bidders must be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) and have a valid tax compliance status (TCS) PIN or certificate; bidders in the service of the state, or with directors who are, are not eligible.
Complete and submit all required SBD forms (SBD 1, SBD 3.1, SBD 4, SBD 6.1) and package the bid into Annexures A, B, C, and E as specified.
Specific goals points (maximum 20) are available for ownership of 51% or more by black persons (10 points), black women (5 points), black youth (3 points), and persons with disabilities (2 points), supported by a B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit and SBD 6.1.
