Association of certified fraud examiner (acfe) exam and preparation training programme for ccma officials

The Commission for Conciliation, Mediation and Arbitration (CCMA) requires the services of an ACFE-accredited training provider to deliver Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) training package to CCMA officials.

The closing date for submissions is 17 August 2026 at 14:00. Late tenders will not be accepted. All quotations are to remain valid for a period of 90 days from the closing date of the submission.

Bidders must submit quotations to [email protected]. Quotations not submitted to this email will be disqualified. All quotations must be on an official letterhead and include all costs. Bidders must be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) prior to submitting quotations.

The RFQ will be evaluated in three stages: Stage one - Mandatory requirements, Stage two - Functionality, and Stage three - Price and specific goals. Bidders must score 70 points or more on functionality to be evaluated further. The evaluation will use the 80/20 system, with 80 points for price and 20 points for specific goals.

The service provider must deliver a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) training package, including CFE examination and one-year annual member subscription, to four CCMA officials. The training must cover ACFE-aligned curriculum content and be delivered in English over five days. The service provider must also provide a detailed project outline, a training report to ETD within 30 days, and proof of ownership and medical certificates where applicable.

The training must cover ACFE-aligned curriculum content, including fraud prevention and deterrence, financial transactions and fraud schemes, investigation techniques, law, ethics, and professional responsibilities.

The service provider must have a proven track record of successfully delivering this service in other organisations. The facilitators must have postgraduate qualifications and at least 3 years of experience conducting training or workshops for business continuity.

The quotation must include all applicable taxes and costs. The service provider must attach proof of ownership, medical certificates, and other required documents to the quotation.

The contract duration is once-off. The successful service provider should have a proven track record of successfully delivering this service in other organisations.
