Phase 2: Price and Specific Goals (80/20 preference point system). Price: 80 points. Specific Goals: 20 points allocated as follows – Within Enoch Mgijima Local Municipality: 8 points; Within Chris Hani District Municipality: 6 points; Within Eastern Cape Province: 4 points; Outside Eastern Cape: 0 points. Required CIDB grading: 2EP or higher. All materials and equipment must comply with specified standards; where brand names are specified, equivalent or better items are acceptable. All trades in the Bills of Quantities must be priced (except provisional sums and allowances). Preliminary programme required.
