Late, incomplete, unsigned, faxed, or emailed bids will not be accepted. Bids must be on the official forms; no re-typing. The tender will be opened in public immediately after closing. Returnable documents include: SBD 1, SBD 4, SBD 6.1, Compulsory Enterprise Questionnaire, Form of Offer and Acceptance, completed Pricing Schedule, proof of CSD registration, tax compliance PIN, ECSA registration certificates, and a minimum of three contactable references.

Stage Two: 80/20 preference point system under PPPFA and Preferential Procurement Regulations 2022. Maximum 80 points for price, 20 points for specific goals, total 100 points. Bidders must complete and sign SBD 6.1 to claim specific goal points. The tender will be awarded as a whole to the highest point scorer unless circumstances justify otherwise.
