Bidders must declare if they or their directors are listed on the National Treasury’s Database of Restricted Suppliers or Register for Tender Defaulters, have been convicted for fraud or corruption in the past five years, owe municipal rates/charges for more than three months, or had contracts terminated due to non-performance.

evaluation system allocates 80 points for price. Prices quoted must be as per the unit indicated and be excluded of VAT. However, the total quotation value should include V.A.T where applicable. Quotations must remain valid for 60 days from the closing date.
