4.1 Company Experience The tenderer must submit a minimum of two (2) reference letters in developing Stormwater Management Plans preferably for Water and/or Wastewater Treatment Works. The Professional Engineer must have a minimum qualification of a degree in Civil Engineering (preferred) or Agriculture Engineering (acceptable).
