Site possession date: to be advised. Commencement of works: within 5 working days of taking possession of the site. Practical completion: 18 weeks from commencement. The contractor must produce a Method Statement when required by the Principal Agent, outlining construction methods and labour and plant resources. The Principal Agent may direct the order of execution and require additional resources to bring the work back to programme at the contractor's cost. The contractor must record construction instructions in a site instruction book and maintain a daily record book.

The contractor must comply with the General Preambles for Trades 2017 and any supplementary preambles. The contractor is responsible for all patent and latent defects in materials and workmanship. The contractor must record construction breaks and concrete pours on the structural engineer's drawings and submit three sets of as-built drawings within 14 days after practical completion.
