Addenda to response should not include advertising brochures. All information supplied must be in English. Bidders shall set out any discounts and allowances. Prices offered shall be in South African currency, inclusive of VAT, firm, and valid for 90 days. MTF payment policy is 30 days from receipt of invoice. No Bidder shall disclose information about the acceptance of the response without prior written approval of MTF. MTF has committed to implementing the outsourcing of cleaning services by 1 December 2020-30 November 2023 (or as close as practicable). MTF reserves the right not to accept any bid, in part or total, and to vary requirements during negotiations. No inquiries shall be made after the closing date. Bidders shall not solicit support from MTF employees, committees, consultants, or contractors.
