Makhuduthamaga local municipality invites bids for the construction and installation of concrete palisade fencing at the setebong landfill site. Mandatory attachments: valid SARS tax compliance status pin, copy of company registration (CK) documents, certified copies of company owner(s) ID books (not older than three months), proof of payment for municipal rates not owing for more than three months (or formal lease agreement or letter from traditional authority for non-ratable areas) for both entity and directors, and a full CSD report.
CSD registration: all service providers doing business with the municipality must be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD); a certified copy of a certified copy will not be accepted.
Bid validity: bids must remain valid for ninety (90) days after the closing date.
Disqualification: bids that are late, incomplete, unsigned, submitted in pencil, by telegraph, facsimile, or e-mail, or that do not have the required documents attached or do not comply with specifications will not be evaluated and will be disqualified.
