3. Proof of sufficient personnel – 20 points.
4. Proof of resources, fleet and packaging detail – 20 points.

Bidders scoring below 70 points are disqualified.

Stage 4 – Price and Specific Goals (80/20 preference point system for bids ≥ R2,000; price only if lowest acceptable bid < R2,000):

• Price: 80 points.
• Specific Goals: 20 points total:

• Small business (EME/QSE): EME = 10 points; QSE = 10 points; turnover > R50m = 0 points (evidence: SANAS-approved B-BBEE certificate or commissioned affidavit/annual financial statements).

Scope: furniture removal services for PPECB Centurion office for 12 months with option to extend 6 months.

Services include (not exhaustive): dismantling, safely wrapping, relocating, assembling all existing furniture (refrigerators, chairs, tables, filing cupboards, etc.) and equipment.

Operational requirements:

• PPECB issues request with inventory list or via inspection; agreed between parties.
• Purchase order issued as commitment.
• Service provider must respond with total quotation within stated time; site/furniture inspection at no extra cost if required; quotation must include insurance for damages/losses.
• Quotation rates: hourly, daily and/or total labour, per kilometre, materials, cleaning where necessary.
• On acceptance, services must be provided within 2 days of confirmation.
• Sufficient capable personnel to collect, deliver, dismantle, assemble, package, unpack, sort as per inventory.
