• Obtain bid documents from the strategic executive director, budget and treasury office (37 murchison street, newcastle) from 15 december 2025; pay a non‑refundable r 300 fee (cash or bank‑guaranteed cheque, absa account 4110354947, reference bid number and bidder name). • All required mbd forms must be completed, signed and attached (invitation to bid, authority to sign, pricing schedule, declaration of interest, preference points claim with certified b‑bbee certificate, declaration of past supply chain practices, independent bid determination, municipal accounts payment proof, experience of bidder, csd registration proof). • Use the official forms; do not re‑type information. • Seal the complete bid package, label the envelope with “bid NO.: a014‑2025/26 framework agreement …”, include bidder name and address on the back, and deposit IT in the official bid box at the municipal civic centre (rates hall, 1st floor, 37 murchison street) NO later than 12:00 hrs on friday 23 january 2026. • Late submissions, faxed or emailed bids will be rejected. • Bids must remain valid for 180 days from the closing date. • Only suppliers registered on the national treasury supplier database (csd) may bid; register at www.csd.gov.za If not already registered.
