- Submit a sealed bid, clearly marked with the tender reference and title, to the municipal tender box before or at 14:00 on friday, 07 august 2026. - Bids will be opened immediately after closing in the councillor chambers at the municipal offices. - Complete the entire bid document without any alteration, modification, deletion, editing, or formatting changes. Incomplete or altered documents will not be considered. - Only original signed documents will be accepted; faxed or emailed bids are not allowed. - Complete and return the following forms: summary of items and bid price, mbd 1, mbd 4, mbd 6.1, Mbd 7.2, Mbd 8, and mbd 9. - Attach all compulsory documentation; bids without them will be deemed non-responsive. - Initial each page of the tender document. - Provide proof of authority (e.g., Company resolution) as per mbd 1. - Submit a full updated csd report (not summarized). - Submit a copy of the municipal account not older than 3 months and not in arrears for more than 90 days. If not liable for municipal levies, provide a sworn affidavit and/or valid lease agreement. - Ensure prices are valid for at least 120 days from closing date and are inclusive of VAT.
