Late submissions will not be accepted. • Responses must strictly follow the structure, sequence, and numbering in the RFI’s Required Information section. • Mandatory returnables: - Completed bidder information form (indicate bidding structure: individual, joint venture, consortium, or subcontractor; provide full details for all entities involved). - Company profile (organizational overview, financial standing, relevant experience). - Conceptual solution overview (core functionality, deployment model, architecture, configurability, integration capability). - Supporting materials (presentations, demonstrations, or other evidence of solution maturity). - Indicative implementation methodology (high-level timelines, phases, resource assumptions). - Preliminary costing (structured pricing table with VAT-inclusive breakdowns for Years 1–5). - Responses to all questions in the Required Information section. • Disqualification risk: Non-adherence to submission format, missing mandatory returnables, or failure to meet bidding structure disclosure requirements.
