The technical and financial proposals must be sealed in separate envelopes and then placed together in one outer envelope. The outer envelope must be clearly marked with the bid number, description, and closing date. Submissions must be deposited in the bid box at the Tender Information Centre (TIC), 240 Madiba Street, Pretoria (between ABSA and Urban Eatery Restaurant). Late bids will not be accepted.
