Submit completed tender documents in Tender Box 1 at the main entrance of the Theewaterskloof Municipality, 6 Plein Street, Caledon. The tender box is accessible 24/7. Hard copy submission is mandatory; electronic, emailed, faxed, or late tenders will be disqualified. Include proof of payment for the R500.00 non-refundable participation fee with your submission.

Evaluation follows the 80/20 preference points system based on price and B-BBEE status, in accordance with the Theewaterskloof Municipality SCM Policy and Preferential Procurement Regulations 2017.

Supply and delivery of volumetric plastic Class C water meters, including water management devices inside large plastic meter surface boxes (smart water meters) and related accessories. Contract duration is from date of appointment to 30 June 2023.

A non-refundable tender participation fee of R500.00 (VAT inclusive) is required. Payment must be made via electronic transfer or direct deposit only.

Mandatory registration on the Centralized Supplier Database (CSD). Compliance with local content requirements as defined by the Department of Trade and Industry is mandatory; only locally produced or manufactured goods meeting the stipulated minimum threshold will be considered (Schedule 4).
