Bids must be hand-delivered or couriered to the Ditsong Museums of South Africa Head Office, Ga Mohle Building, 70 WF Nkomo Street, Pretoria. Faxed bids are not accepted. Bids must be submitted on the official forms provided (do not re-type). Ensure the last page is signed to declare that the document has been read and understood. Late bids will not be accepted.

The tender follows an 80/20 preference point system. Points are awarded for price and B-BBEE status level of contributor. A two-stage bidding process may be applied if local content requirements are involved.

Appointment of an experienced professional and competent service provider to provide internal audit and ad-hoc services to Ditsong Museums of South Africa (DMSA) for a period of five (05) years.

Pricing must be submitted in RSA currency and include all applicable taxes. Bidders must provide a ceiling price for the project. For non-firm prices, a specific formula for price adjustments is provided in the document. Travel and accommodation expenses must be supported by certified invoices.

Bidders must be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD). A valid Tax Compliance Status (TCS) PIN or original Tax Clearance Certificate must be submitted. B-BBEE status must be substantiated by a certificate or sworn affidavit. SBD forms 1, 3, 4, 6.2, 8, and 9 must be completed and submitted. Proof of authority to sign the bid (e.g., director resolution) is required.
