Alternatively, deliver to the Tender Box at iThemba LABS, Main Security Gate, Old Faure Road, Faure, 7131. Required forms include SBD 1, SBD 4, SBD 6.1, SBD 8, and SBD 9. Failure to submit mandatory forms or CSD registration will result in disqualification.

The 80/20 preference point system applies (80 points for price, 20 points for B-BBEE). Evaluation includes administrative compliance, functionality, price, and B-BBEE status. If all received bids exceed R500,000, the RFQ will be cancelled and re-issued.

Service and calibration of 40 specific micropipettes over a three-year period. Requirements include: GMP compliance, preventative maintenance, 3-point calibration (10 gravimetric weighings at max, middle, and minimum volumes), and a 48-hour turnaround time per batch of 4 units. Calibration reports must include individual certificates, test readings, and laboratory conditions. Labels with ID, job number, and next due date are required.

Prices must be firm, inclusive of VAT, and valid for at least 30 days. Payment terms are 30 days from date of invoice. A pricing schedule for years one, two, and three must be completed.

Compulsory registration on the National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD). Must submit CSD Summary Report. B-BBEE points require an original or certified SANAS-accredited B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit. SBD 6.2 (Local Production and Content) may be required if applicable.
