For transactions below R30,000: Price may be the sole criterion. Technical evaluation for this tender includes: Project Team with proven qualifications (15%), Quality Controlled Plan (10%), Method Statement (50%), Relevant Experience (15%), Project Plan (10%). Minimum technical threshold: 80%. Failure to meet the threshold will result in disqualification. Eskom reserves the right to negotiate with preferred bidders or award to a non-highest scorer based on objective criteria per PPPFA Section 2(1)(f).
