Ensure the offered total (exclusive and inclusive of VAT @15%) is clearly stated. Alternative tender offers may be submitted using additional copies of the Form of Offer and Acceptance, duly endorsed. Within one week of receiving the completed Agreement, arrange delivery of securities, bonds, guarantees, proof of insurance, and other required documentation to the Employer’s agent (details in Contract Data). Failure to comply may constitute repudiation of the Agreement.

Health, safety, and quality issues are critical and will be closely assessed. The Contractor must submit a detailed QCP for acceptance within three weeks of the Contract Date, including methods for quality assurance, control, and improvement. Non-conformance and defect management, including corrective actions and reporting, will be evaluated. Monthly quality reports, inspection schedules, and data books for completed works are required. Compliance with SANS standards, Eskom specifications, and National Building Regulations (e.g., Part L: Roofs, Part T: Fire Protection, Part R: Stormwater Disposal) is mandatory.
